OSCOLA

The standard of referencing used for Law is the Oxford Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA, 4th edn, 2010).

Check with your lecturer if you are expected to use OSCOLA when writing assignment for your Law module, or if you are expected to use the referencing system used for your other modules (i.e. Harvard, APA or MHRA).
