LinkedIn Learning’s AI Role Play is an AI-powered chatbot designed to help users practice real-world conversations. It can simulate scenarios such as job interviews, pitching ideas, and other workplace conversations, enabling learners to build confidence and improve their communication skills.
1. Log in to LinkedIn Learning.
2. Click on AI Role Play in the left-hand navigation.

3. Enter a prompt or a conversation topic into the box and click Create role play.
State the situation and provide any relevant context or background information, enabling the AI to create a more accurate and useful simulation.

4. A preview of the role play is displayed with options to Edit, Share or Start.

5. The chat screen is displayed. This feature uses live, interactive speech, so make sure your microphone is available and turned on.
Click the Speak button to reply. When you stop talking, the microphone will turn off and the system will respond. It will then automatically reactivate the mic so you can continue the conversation.

6. When you end the session, you’ll receive a detailed feedback report, including a full transcript of your conversation.
