Observing a Presentation
This activity focuses on two videos within the Groupwork and Presentations module in Skills for Study. The first video shows a presentation being delivered for the first time, whilst the second shows a later attempt after improvements have been made. This activity invites you to think about the strengths and weaknesses of each presentation, compare the two, and think about how you can apply this to your own presentations. Visual Aids
Visual aids such as images, videos, animations and charts are frequently used in presentations, however they may not always be appropriate. A visual aid should only be used in a presentation if it adds value to the information being provided. This activity will help you to consider when a visual aid is appropriate and when it is not.
