Wellbeing Workshops

The Student Life team within Student Services is thrilled to introduce an exciting new support offer for this academic year. The new Student Life Workshops are designed to help students get the most out of their time at university, providing the opportunity to meet other students and learn skills and techniques to support their university journey. The workshops will be themed around two common areas of support:

  • Student Life Workshops, focusing on key aspects of student wellbeing such as managing exam and presentation anxiety, coping with stress, improving sleep, and building social connections. 

  • Student Money Workshops, offering practical guidance on budgeting, financial safety, money management, and maximising your student loan.
