Adaptability

Adaptability is the ability to navigate change effectively. It involves being open, flexible, and capable of learning from experiences to adjust in response to new circumstances.

Adaptability

Adaptable learners are self-aware and open to changing the way of doing things even if it requires effort or learning new skills.

Learners who excel in their 'Adaptability' skills demonstrate the ability to translate knowledge across different contexts, identifying where it can be applied effectively. They also exhibit achievement orientation by distinguishing between ends and means, adapting their strategies to achieve and meet their goals. With a strong understanding of their own strengths, these learners are about to accurately identify areas of personal excellence and predict future challenges that they may face, enabling success even beyond their expertise. These learners embrace active learning opportunities, engaging with new topics both inside and out of formal education, and show self-confidence through trusting their own abilities, personal characteristics and judgements.
