Resilience

Resilience

Resilient learners are self-aware and able to deal with and bounce back from challenges and setbacks, learning through failure as well as success. They are also able to face their challenges and to persevere when things don't go as planned.

Learners who excel in their 'Resilience' skills demonstrate a deep understanding of their own emotions and triggers, recognising how and when these can influence decisions. They practice self-control and regulation, maintaining composure and rationality even in challenging or emotionally charged situations, while effectively managing stress and wellbeing. Through self-development, these learners are able to reflect upon their performance, seek feedback and aim for continuous improvement. They also exhibit persistence, persevering despite obstacles, and show adaptability by coping effectively with uncertainty and navigating unexpected changes with confidence.
