Microsoft 365

There is more to explore in your Microsoft 365 dashboard.  Go to Office.com directly, or visit the Microsoft 365 tile in UDo and sign in.

Enter your username [studentnumber]@unimail.derby.ac.uk and your usual Uni password.  

Your 365 homepage will open, just click on the app launcher (9 dots, top left) and have a look at everything that is available to you.  Click 'All apps' to browse the alphabetical list of apps.

OneNote is your digital notebook.  Get organised with notebooks that you can divide into sections and pages. With easy navigation, you’ll find all your notes right where you left them.  Share with others to work together.

Sway.  Imagine a presentation, a document and a webpage all rolled into one. Bring your ideas to life.  Tell your story, write your report, work from a blank canvas or use a built in template. 

Embed your documents, videos, forms, and other media all into your Sway and share the link with others to view or co-edit with you.

With Forms you can build a form or quiz in minutes.  Collect data, ask for feedback, send surveys, create quizzes with scores, co-author with other and embed your Form in other media.  Share with a link or a QR code to collect responses, and export your results.

Your digital 'to do' list.  Create multiple lists to manage your personal or work related tasks. Set due dates, reminders and checklists on each task.  Share lists and assign tasks to colleagues, friends, and family.

To Do works really well on your smartphone for updates and reminders on the move.  Go to your app store and search for 'Microsoft To Do' to download the app for free.

To Do syncs with your 'tasks' in Outlook so stay in the loop whichever app you are using.
