Exercise 1 

Write a list of 10 things you want in life. It could be a certain house, or job, to author a book, a new car, a happy family life at home. It could be anything.  

Now – from that list, choose something that – if it were magically granted tomorrow would have the most impact on your life.  
Now write a list of steps and goals (make sure they are SMART goals!) you need to take to achieve it. 

Exercise 2 

Using Generative AI - Write about your ideal life – you career, earnings, work-life balance, family life, where you live, what you want to be doing. Be as detailed as you can without providing any personal information.  
 
Now ask AI to write a day in the life of this ideal life.  
Now tell it about your life currently – try to match the points you wrote about before.   
Now use the prompt “You are a career coach and well-informed friend who succeeds in helping people achieve their ideal life. Write me a detailed plan of action to achieve the ideal life above. Before we begin, please ask as many questions as you need to give a detailed plan”
