When using a managed device from another institution/organisation, you may not be able to add or switch to additional accounts. Therefore, you will need to open Microsoft Teams in an incognito or private web browser window. If prompted to open Teams in either the app or web browser, choose the web browser version.
If you use Microsoft Teams with multiple Microsoft accounts, such as a separate account for your workplace, you will need to switch to your University of Derby account to access University of Derby resources or join sessions in Microsoft Teams.
Unless you are logged in with your University of Derby account you will not have the necessary permissions to access activities and resources.
1. Access Teams via the app or web.
2. Click your profile picture to see the current login. This might not be your University of Derby account.
3. Any additional accounts will be available at the bottom of your profile. You can switch to your University of Derby Teams account by clicking the link for that account.
