Decolonisation

The Library is aiming to decolonise and enhance diversity in our collections, and you can help!

We plan to enhance diversity in our library collections by focusing on three main areas:

• Resources specifically written about equality, diversity, race and inclusivity
• Resources focusing on these ideas in relation to a particular subject, i.e. Business, Social Work, Health
• Resources written by authors from a diverse range of nationalities and backgrounds

We welcome suggestions for purchase for resources that will help us ensure our collection is more inclusive of all of our university communities, whether associated with race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, physical ability, socioeconomic class, or any other underrepresented group.
