Why is my resource list blank or missing?
If your resource list is blank or missing when you look for it on the module pages on Blackboard, you need to contact the module lead as they can create and publish the lists to make them accessible to you.
When I click on an eBook button it takes me to a signing in page
Sometimes this happens if you have not allowed the page to fully load and the software has not had time to authenticate you. Wait until the page loads and you should go straight to your eBook platform. You then generally have the option to read online (recommended) or download the eBook. You can find more information about using eBooks on our guide here.
You can only log in to look at eBooks and eResources at the University of Derby if you have a UDo user name and password.
