The information that you supply will be held and processed in line with the UK GDPR/Data Protection Act 2018.
Information will be used by the University of Derby (as Data Controller) to create a Library Card which will allow access to the Kedleston Road Library. Name, address and date of birth will be collected to confirm identity.
We may make contact to inform you of any changes to rights of access to the Kedleston Road Library.
We retain this data for 1 year from the date of registration, to coincide with duration of access, after such time it will be securely destroyed.
Our lawful basis for processing this data is legitimate interest in order to process personal data for the specific purpose of accessing Kedleston Road Library.
