To help you write a DMP, you may want to have a look at some others that have been submitted as part of funding bids.
Examples of DMPs for funding bodies are available through the Digital Curation Centre. There may also be example DMPs on the funding body webpages.
You may also want to ask colleagues in your department if they are willing to share DMPs that they have written.
