The User Experience team make sure that our users get a fantastic service as soon as they walk through the door or contact the library for help, advice and support. They manage the day to day operation of the library making sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. As well as staffing the Library reception desks they staff the Enquiry service and Live Chat systems, make sure that books get back to the shelves and are there when users need advice and direction.

The Content & Digital Services team manage and support a range of Library systems, services and functions. Many of these are 'behind the scenes' and include Acquisitions, Inter Library Loans, Discovery, Resource Lists, Copyright and Digitisation. Their mission to is to provide accessible resources in the best possible formats for our users in the most convenient way.
